Shane at the Housing Mart is a phenomenal sales representative. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. His insights helped us make smart choices that suited our needs and he was always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. He communicates well and was such a good person to go to with questions and concerns. He cares about the satisfaction of his clients and was a great resource to have throughout the ordering and purchase process.

Super happy with our experience from beginning to end. We started with Shane our sales guy. He was friendly but more importantly easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to emails. When the process finally started moving he was a great communicator with our general contractor and was always willing to try and find whatever measurements or spec info we needed. Then we moved to Brad, Brad was our guy who made sure the lot was ready for delivery, delivery and did our final walk through with us. He has been our point person for the small repairs/fixes we've needed. He has been amazing at communicating, quick with emails and arranging for contractors to come out and do the repairs needed. Overall were super pleased with our whole experience. It's more than just the house you need to think about. It's all the components together and Housing Mart delivered. Would 100 percent recommend this place!

We bought a home from The Housing Mart last Jaunuary, and we are so glad we did. We worked with Shane Seeley who was Awesome, and so good at his job. Shane is great! He was very patient with us. We had been in to look at homes over a 4 year period. When we decided to purchase, Shane walked us through the process. He coordinated everything. Our home actually arrived early and we couldn’t be happier. We went with Kit. I would highly recommend visiting the Kit factory.

The purchase of a home from Housing Mart was my solution to the need for a quality home at an affordable price in a timely manner. It began by meeting with Shane Seelye, the Company Sales Rep. After an assessment of my needs, I was presented with a number of options with supporting data. Once a selection was made, Shane went over the terms, details and options, and all paperwork was explained before signing. Shane was very helpful during the entire process, including providing assistance in arranging for placement and set-up of the home on site. Anytime I had a question or required assistance during the set-up process, Shane was always ready and willing to provide assistance, Shane remained available for assistance during the entire process right up to delivery of the keys. Developing a home site is not an easy process, but working with a capable experienced professional like Shane will make the process much easier. His friendly, helpful and positive nature are a bonus. A shout out also to Brad who thoroughly checked out the home and all utilities before handing over the keys.

He gives the accurate price, including the cost, delivery, taxes, etc with a full, transparent breakdown. He is great about returning emails immediately, and answering all the questions that come up along the way. As a first time buyer, Shane helped me navigate the process with patience and respect. He showed me where to obtain financing, and helped me understand everything I needed to know to develop my property. The Housing Mart team of Shane, Dee, and Brad all provide excellent customer support. They were there for me every step of the way. I will definitely purchase my next home from them. Working with the Housing Mart was great. Specifically our dealings with Shane & Brad. This was an investment property for us, yet both treated us the same if it were our next private home. Shane was always friendly, informative & communicative. It was always his point to assure we "knew" everything regarding pricing totals and exactly what did or didn't come with it. Other companies practice "hidden pricing", but not here! Shane always kept us "in the loop" as information came to him during our process, (and even if there were no updates to report, he still called). Once the home was on property, the wand was passed to Brad for all on-site dealings. Brad was proactive in helping with repairs and assuring we didn't have to wait if he could remedy the problem. His prior contractor experience reflected the knowledge that "time is money", and he was instrumental in our getting the home on the market. Thank you Shane & Brad ! We will be return customers just because of you both!

I recently bought a manufactured house from The Housing Mart and am happy to say I'm very pleased with it. I worked with Shane and his team and they were awesome in navigating the complicated process of buying/installing the house. Shane was quick to revolve questions/issues as they came up, but he also gave me several valuable ideas/suggestions on things related to the house but not directly his responsibility. Team member Brad also provided guidance and excellent suggestions during the process of getting the house fully functional once it was on site. In conclusion, I can strongly recommend Shane and his team at The Housing Mart to anyone looking to buy a manufactured house.

My experience with The Housing Mart was as good as it can be. This was my first time with the manufactured home process, and I’m grateful to have picked the people at the Housing Mart. Shane was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he made the entire experience flow and feel “easy”. Not to mention everything was up front and honest, there was no “hidden fees” or backhanded costs. It was easy to trust Shane and the process, and now living in the home everything we agreed upon happened. It’s beautiful. And it was quick, I wish all aspects of the project went as quickly as the Housing Mart’s side did. I also want to say every member of the Housing Mart team that I interacted with were also friendly, helpful and honest- shout out to Brad and Rico! Overall I would recommend anyone thinking about a manufactured home to the Housing Mart without pause. They were excellent.

We recently purchased the 27'x56' Stay Alive Model from The Housing Mart, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Shane Seeley was absolutely fantastic—he truly respected our budget and even recommended a general contractor (GC) who handled the septic, electrical, and groundwork, all within our budget. Shane didn’t try to oversell us, which we appreciated. He made sure to check all the boxes for our family of five, ensuring that every aspect of our home was covered. He worked directly with Trent Wentworth to oversee everything and keep the process seamless. Brad, the manager, was also incredible. He did a thorough walk-through of our home, addressing all of our concerns. He even went the extra mile by hooking up our appliances and making sure everything was in working order. Brad was also keen to point out a few areas that didn’t meet his high standards, and he arranged for the manufacturer to fix them without us having to ask. We are thrilled with our home and the exceptional customer service we received from The Housing Mart. Highly recommend them!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We went in to get ideas and see what was available. They answered all our questions and gave great advice.

We are in the north Puget Sound area (King County) and were in the market for a new manufactured home. Our project had tight timelines, but we didn't want to sacrifice quality. After not having any luck locally, we reached out to Shane at the Housing Mart. His knowledge and customer service was exemplary, and we were able to get everything set up and ordered. He was able to handle the various tweaks along the way and the final product has exceeded our expectations. The service manager Brad was a pleasure to work with, and he ensured that we had everything prepared and literally made sure it was 100% to our satisfaction. The delivery was flawless, the setup quick and excellent, and all of the onsite work was impeccable. We were outside of their normal working area, but that never was an issue and it felt like working with a company next door. We highly recommend The Housing Mart!! Shane, Brad, and the crews have been incredible!!
