The process starts with your manufactured home selection.
Next a meeting is scheduled with our Housing Mart representative, yourself and contractor at your home site, to determine your personal and property needs.
After the home is ordered we begin the process of preparing your property for your contracted improvements. The Housing Mart Construction Company is a "Turn Key" developer, meaning the company can do anything or everything on your property beginning with permits and ending with your certificate of occupancy. We communicate with you, the customer, to facilitate a seamless process for home delivery. This can include any of the following:
- Runners or a full slab foundation
- Skirting products to include: Concrete Blocks, Dura-Skirt®, Vinyl, or Pressure Treated Plywood
- Gutters, many choices of colors
- Tie-downs to meet the needs of your inspection process
- Heat pumps to further promote energy efficiency and comfort
- Attached or detached garages
- Other site improvements you may desire
A Housing Mart representative always accompanies the delivery of your home to your site. This step ensures the proper placement of your manufactured home, as well as, a quick efficient delivery.
A Certified Washington State installer is involved on each portion of the job where required by the State of Washington.
After delivery, our service professionals will begin the process of setting up your manufactured home. We ensure that all processes are performed and quality is assured at all levels.
A full walk-thru is performed before occupancy of each home. This entails a detailed on-site inspection of the exterior and the interior. We inspect all appliances and materials in the home to make sure everything is completed to The Housing Mart standards.
Any deficiencies noted are immediately reported to the factory and then tracked to completion by our service administrative staff.
We are authorized by our factories to perform work so that you and your home are taken care of with the least amount of inconvenience.
