In-house Financing for your Manufactured Home Purchase
As The Housing Mart's Finance Manager I work closely with each customer from their initial meeting through closing on their loan.
My job as Finance Manager is to research and keep current on all types of loans available and loan sources to provide our customer's with the very best loan terms and rates on the market.
Below I have outlined the typical steps that take place for each customer's loan process:
- After the customer has selected their home with their Housing Specialist, they are then referred to have a personal meeting with me. During this first meeting I will go over the customer's credit application, finance requirements and documents needed. I educate the customer on types of loans available, rates and terms. I also review their credit report with them and provide advice on how they can improve any items that may be in question or disputed.
- When the customer has chosen their lender my job is then to follow all steps of the loan process; provide a timeline for closing; communicate to Housing Mart delivery personnel, the bank and the customer to ensure a smooth process and to minimize delays.
- The final step after closing is to make sure that the title is completed in a timely manner and the title company has all required documents to insure proper vesting.
