We have a wide range of sub-contractors we work with on a daily basis for assistance with site development, well drilling, septic installation, electrical, connections, decks, garages, walkways, etc.

Due to the wide territory of the Pacific Northwest where we sell homes, we can refer contractors to you that we have worked with in most areas.
